Tech Career Day 2025

On September 10, 2025, Tech Career Day was held at the Innovation Hubitat.

The activity, organized by Protik, Innovation Hub, 42 Tirana and AADF, brought together the most promising technology students with some of the most renowned companies in the local and international market.

Important industry names such as: Facilization, Deloitte, Smartwork, Asystems, Vodafone, Ritech, LOGISTIQO, Lufthansa Industry Solutions, Division 5, Cardo AI, ATIS and Tegeria were present in this edition.

JunctionX Tirana 2025

For the third consecutive year, JunctionX Tirana brought together the brightest minds in technology for an intensive 48-hour hackathon, offering participants the opportunity to solve real-world challenges, connect with industry experts and innovators, and compete for extraordinary prizes. The event took place on May 2–4, with Protik Center proudly contributing as a Consulting Partner.

Harvard Simulation Days 2024

Harvard Simulation Days is a unique initiative for university students in Albania, offering immersive experiences through Harvard-designed simulations like Cyber Attack Simulation, equipping students with skills to tackle real-world IT management challenges, and Viv8 Simulation, fostering entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.

This program is supported by the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program of the U.S. Embassy in Tirana and powered by Harvard Business Publishing.

JunctionX Tirana 2024

JunctionX Tirana is a hackathon event that has been hosted in Tirana, Albania, twice. This event, organized in partnership with Protik Center as consulting partner, is part of the larger Junction network, which is known for organizing some of the world's largest and most innovative hackathons.

The first JunctionX Tirana event marked a significant milestone as it was the first time the Junction hackathon was held in the Balkans.

Following the success of the inaugural event in 2023, JunctionX Tirana was hosted again in 2024, and participants had the opportunity to compete for prizes and a coveted Golden Ticket to the main Junction event in Helsinki, Finland.

Ideathon 2022

As part of Tirana European Youth Capital 2022 and supported by the National Youth Congress (KRK) and the Municipality of Tirana, Protik organized a 5-day Ideathon from October 31 to November 4, 2022. The event brought together young ICT students to develop creative technological solutions for local challenges, with the top three teams winning cash prizes.
