Harvard Simulation Days 2024

Harvard Simulation Days is a unique initiative for university students in Albania, offering immersive experiences through Harvard-designed simulations like Cyber Attack Simulation, equipping students with skills to tackle real-world IT management challenges, and Viv8 Simulation, fostering entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.

This program is supported by the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program of the U.S. Embassy in Tirana and powered by Harvard Business Publishing.

JunctionX Tirana

JunctionX Tirana is a hackathon event that has been hosted in Tirana, Albania, twice. This event, organized in partnership with Protik Center as consulting partner, is part of the larger Junction network, which is known for organizing some of the world's largest and most innovative hackathons.

The first JunctionX Tirana event marked a significant milestone as it was the first time the Junction hackathon was held in the Balkans.

Following the success of the inaugural event, JunctionX Tirana was hosted again, and participants had the opportunity to compete for prizes and a coveted Golden Ticket to the main Junction event in Helsinki, Finland.

Ideathon 2022

As part of Tirana European Youth Capital 2022 and supported by the National Youth Congress (KRK) and the Municipality of Tirana, Protik organized a 5-day Ideathon from October 31 to November 4, 2022. The event brought together young ICT students to develop creative technological solutions for local challenges, with the top three teams winning cash prizes.
