BIM4WB

BIM4WB is a project funded by the European Commission, aimed at enhancing digital skills in the construction sector in Albania and Kosovo through the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM).​

It focuses on improving vocational education and training (VET) by incorporating BIM methodologies into the curriculum, to equip students and professionals with proper knowledge, enhancing project management skills, and compliance with international standards.​

Partnered with IES Ribeira do Louro (Coordinator) as well as beneficiaries Balikesir University, European University of Tirana, Office for Projects and Internationalization - UET, Protik Center, Universum International College, Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education, the project addresses the skills gap in the construction industry, aiming to improve construction quality, efficiency, and sustainability.​

European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH)

The goal is to create a sustainable, inclusive, and competitive digital ecosystem by leveraging AI to propel Albania to be more competitive in the digital transformation path in Europe by establishing a leading-edge hub for digital innovation, technological advancement, and digital skills enhancement. DIU aims to create tech talent pools and support SMEs in benefiting from advanced digital technologies.

Hackathon 2022 with Union Bank

Protik Innovation Center, in collaboration with Union Bank, organized a Hackathon on June 9, 10, and 13, 2022. The event aimed to test Union Bank’s mobile application and gather technical proposals for its improvement. Participants included ICT students from both public and private universities across the country.

Hackathon 2022 with Easy Pay

As part of Fintech Days Tirana 2022, Protik and Easy Pay hosted a 3-day Hackathon, bringing together 20 participants in 4 teams to tackle challenges in the Fintech industry. The event highlighted young developers' creativity and innovation, with the team Fi Pal crowned as the winner. Jury members from Protik and Easy Pay evaluated the ideas, making this collaboration a great success.
