The European exchange programme for Entrepreneurs
Are you aiming to start your own business or have already done so?

Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme financed by the European Union providing learning opportunities to both current and potential entrepreneurs to learn from experienced entrepreneurs in other participating countries (Current businesses have to be running for a period of less than 3 years).

The exchange programme is a Win-Win for both the New Entrepreneurs and the Host Entrepreneurs. The new entrepreneurs acquire skill of running a small business while the host entrepreneur gets access to new ideas and connections that can enable them to expand internationally.

Who Can Participate?

• New Entrepreneurs who are moving towards starting their own business or have already started one within last 3 years.
• Experienced entrepreneurs who own or manage a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise in one of the Participating Countries

What you need to demonstrate

• You are permanent resident in one of the European Union Countries
• You are firmly planning to start or have already started your business in the last 3 years
• You have solid project or business idea, reflected in the business plan
• You are motivated to establish commercial relationships with entrepreneurs from other European Union Countries
• You are prepared to contribute to the progress of host entrepreneurs business
• You are prepared to cover the cost of the stay abroad exceeding the EU grant

Are you aiming to start your own business or have already done so?
This programme is great for you if you are looking for fresh ideas for your business and at the same time mentor a rising entrepreneur. The Erasmus programme would allow you to expand your commercial understanding of other European markets and expand your network within the region.

What you need to demonstrate
You are permanent resident in one of the European Union Countries
You are the owner-manager of a small or medium sized enterprise or a person directly involved in entrepreneurship at board level
You have been running your company for several years
You are willing to share your knowledge and experience with a new entrepreneur and act as a mentor
